If you go over to his Patreon you can grab it from there via itch, i.e, it’s not free. If you liked his Monteith Map then you will love Carroll, it’s right up my alley with almost 1k head of Beefers to feed and Row Crops up the wazoo but that is not for everyone as you can see from the comments.
