Does anyone know how to access the arena? I've tried to but every time I'm told they're not accepting new fighters until the next tournament. Am I missing smth?
I've already tried exploring the whole city and there's no announcement. I've also tried to talk to several NPCs, but again nothing happens. Perhaps my save is bugged?
