This seems pretty cool so far. Being able to look back with Space and have Captions are great features to finally have, although besides that and a few graphical changes this isn't very different from the base LAS. There seems to be a chase sequence after exiting the School, which I thankfully got past the first try, but if getting caught here sends you back to the Main Menu then I wouldn't say it would be fair considering how abrupt the transition to the chase is. What would be cool is if the chases in Chapter 2 and 4 were overhauled to be closer to say, the one in Lessons at Leo's, because in base LAS those sequences were pretty slow and boring. I also hope you go back and refine the maps in the later Chapters because those can feel lacking compared to Chapters 1 and 2. Chapter 3 and the first few sections of 4 were very easy and relatively linear, and Chapter 2 also had a pretty large difficulty spike.

Also, I hope we get a more cohesive story this time around. Why are we stealing the Storage devices? Why do we get sent to space at the end? What exactly happens after the Good Ending and what the heck is the deal with Faith? And considering how Rex's Productive Offices was able to convey a plotline without detracting from the gameplay, I'd say doing the same for LAS is more than possible. Best of luck to you with development.
