Press Win + R, then copy and paste %APPDATA% into the window that pops up. Once the folder opens, look for the Renpy folder, and inside it, find all the folders I mentioned above and delete them. That’ll save you +-40 megabytes.

If you were thinking of just using Windows Search to track them down, I hate to break it to you, but File Explorer might not even show those folders, since AppData is hidden by default

P.S.

If you're talking about the actual game files (the ones you launch), you should search for them under the names TSITU or EOFA_ENG. You could also try Edges of Adulthood (in theory, at least, though I don't recall ever actually naming it that).

In this case, the standard Windows search will do the trick just fine

I often feel like even figuring out how to search for these appareantly hidden files might be difficult.

I mean how likely is it I just make a mistake and delete important files/data?

Maybe I am to careful, but I already had other stuff going wrong and at the moment probably not the best patience  for such problems.

Well in a way you hit it on the nail with what I meant here even if I feel I'm kind of in the middle of things as far as I understand it myself, the weather kills me today.
