ngl i'm not sure myself either, i think it happened when i was using that attack spam glitch? cuz what happened to me is when i reached 0 hp, that small text box showed "you perished" but the selection arrow was still showing, so i just chose attack option again and well yeah i kept attacking till i won and continued as normal till i won the whole game, i was able to fight other enemies and stuff and the "you perished" text kept showing up everytime the enemy attacked me but i still was normally able to take turns and attack etc
Ok nice I think I was able to reproduce the glitch how you said, I'm walking around with 0 HP now which definitely shouldn't be possible. The good news is that this seems closely related to the attack spam glitch which I've already found ways to mitigate for the next build, so hopefully this glitch can be avoided too.
Btw I tried Cursed Floors and had a lot of fun! Except those inversion floors, those really throw me off, that's where I keep dying.
