From what you've mentioned, I honestly think this is a pretty interesting turn to take. Gives a bit more emphasis to experiment with the "bad" ends. If the content from the first act is anything to go by (with the bondage, transformation, and occasional vore), I would love to see how this goes for those gradual bad end scenarios.
