This game has a lot of potential, especially right now so early on, but there are some hiccups. Even with the running shoes, movement is tedious given how large the map is which is accentuated by each important location not only being at opposite corners but also only having a few points of interest. Ground items seem too hard to find as well, being hidden a bit far off the beaten path and difficult to seek out - I've only found them when happening to run through a shortcut, for example. The fact that each photo spot can only be used once per day makes the time mechanic entirely useless - having photo spots refresh or, even better, having photo spots be time based (morning and afternoon for houses, evening and night for forest for example) would not only make the photo lighting make more sense but would also cut on the first issue I pointed out seeing as you would mostly be going to one location per timeframe. A skip time button you can use anywhere would also help a lot.
I really hope this feedback is helpful because as the game is it's a 2/5 at best but the fact you've got 3D assets and you're focusing on the actual human effort with the AI images only being something to pass the middle is a great show that you're passionate and that you do want to do something more with this project - it can easily be a 5/5 especially given your only competition in this kind of sphere is focused entirely on the AI and they struggle with human content. I hope to see this grow into something great.
Edit: Also currently the Stealth Hoodie seems bugged, it has no visible effect on anything, as well as another bug where occasionally when you interact with a photo opportunity the button will simply do nothing - this seems tied to the mouse movement where if you are still moving when activating the opportunity it deactivates the interaction button, but I can't say with positivity that it's the cause or that it's related whatsoever. Unstucking during this "fixes" it but seems to reset Ayaka's position as well as the shop and other interactables like photo ops throughout the map. Also occasionally working at the shop or failing to take a photo causes the game to enter an infinite load which requires a reset.
