I think they mean specifically how to view the scene for Chara that you buy from Nebby. It's never specified how to view that scene outside of the gallery, if you even can, and the Round 2's can only be viewed after you get them through battle as far as we know. If there's an alternate way to unlock them/this one specifically, that's what they're asking for
