I experienced this as well, but specifically after the second encounter. I can get the water just fine if its the first time I'm approaching it, but if it's the second time, the  game crashes when I try to choose ACT. On top of that, the cooler seems to reset after ruining it, I think after you go to sleep that day?

How? People on the internet can be a bit dumb sometimes, but there's no way someone would unironically believe that someone could steal a concept that didn't exist.
