Maybe my opinions of her will change later, but for now she's my 2nd least LIKED character. On my "interesting character" scale she's somewhere in the middle. I personally find characters like Zeline, Iris, Bella, and Oriana to be among the most interesting. And characters like Maria, Sae, Kanoi, and Oriana (again, but only after her 7/8th event) to be among the most likeable. I kinda rate them across two different scales. "Likeable" is for their personality and how entertaining they are while "interesting" would basically just be their story, arcs, character development, mystery surrounding them, and just my overall interest in the character in general.

Also I believe that would be the case then, increasing her points through repeatable events is unlocked later. I'm currently at the beginning of 0.8 with 14/23 events for Hazel, and at that point you cannot get points with her through repeatable events. Only through her unique ones.

Though I'm currently taking a break from the game as I've begun to find a decent chunk of the events repetitive or annoying in some way that I can't describe. So I'm waiting for a little bit before going back into it.
