good set of thoughts, i definitely resonate with a lot of it. use sentimentality with great caution.
it's funny, cate wurtz has long been an inspiration to me but ive never really been successful at emulating any of what makes her work so special imo lol. but if you don't know it already, you might enjoy max graves' "what happens next" comic, similarly distinctive art style and really great use of social media and sifting thru 2000s/2010s cultural debris
