One thing, did you account for the delta between frames to calculate the jump of the character? I played the game both on my PC (144hz/fps) and laptop (60hz/fps). On my PC, the character couldn’t jump over the first obstacle at all because the jump was too short. On the other hand on my laptop, the character’s jump is behaving normally. You might wanna cap the game to 60fps or account for the delta between frames in the future for any physics calculation.

Aside from that, the concept is pretty solid! Bit difficult, but it’s a good use of the theme you chose. Keep on the good work!

I watched the video from Jonas Tyroller and removed deltaTime from the jump function 🤣 Thank you for bringing this bug to my attention, I definitely need to test my game on different monitors.

Thanks, the room was completely different in the design document, but it got its final shape after a lot of playtesting. It was actually fun and I want to keep working on the game.
