hello so do we have to buy again to get the new update? I've already bought it in the past I'm on ver. 4.13 but it wont let me get new update
You don't need to buy it again. Access is attac to the account you were ising when you bought it, or if you weren't logged in it will be accessible from an email you recieved when you made your purchase.
