Thank you for that detailed explanation, that is helpful. Unfortunately, Our Life: Beginnings & Always is not natively supported on IOS devices, like what you're describing. If you have some additional program that helps it work, that's great. However, if there's an issue on an IOS device, there isn't really anything we can do to help, since the game is not made to work on that platform. We're sorry about that! The DLC files do work on Mac devices, as well Steam, if that helps at all.
