Just bought this system after hearing a Great Review about it, And after digging into the rules a bit (Admittedly in a very tired woobly state), Is there any clarification on how things like NPC Plays, or Plays that are not clarified should function?
Some of them reference back to actual Plays with clear rules, But others dont really... Do that, and all the book seems to say on the matter in the NPC Section is that they're designed to be simpler.
So! Here be the Question:
Are NPC Plays (And other similarly ambiguous, no rules given plays) intended to have the typical (7-/8-10/11+) Failure, Success, Overwhelm results? Or are they more intended to be a "This is a Action that Happens" thing where no dice are needed?
