Major update feature not working

Hello No Time To Play

I am experiencing an issue where my game’s recent major update is completely missing from the public discovery feeds (such as "Recent Updates"), and I’m hoping you might be able to take a quick look or escalate my open support ticket (#375243).

Here are the details of the project and the steps I've taken:

  • Game Link: https://healthpotgames.itch.io/brothel-slop
  • The Issue: I released a major update today (several hours ago), but the game is entirely absent from the chronological "Most Recent" feed. I can see that multiple other games (of similar nature) updated after mine are already visibly populating the feed, meaning my update was completely skipped or held back.

To ensure I followed all platform rules, I verified that:

  • It has been strictly over 30 days since my last major update/visibility bump.
  • I uploaded brand new game files/builds today.
  • I created and published a dedicated Devlog explicitly categorized as a "Major update or release." (I can see my devlog in the "Most recent")
  • The game was previously fully indexed.

I understand the team is incredibly busy, but since the initial launch window for an update is so critical for independent developer visibility, I wanted to check if my project has accidentally hit an automated filter or is stuck in a manual review queue.

If any admin could take a quick look or check on ticket #375243, I would deeply appreciate it.

Thank you!

I’ve let our admins know about your ticket, but as mentioned in the FAQ and many topics, major updates are individually reviewed by itch.io staff and not all of them are approved.
