Okay I may be wrong but can you possibly look into an issue:
Have a save without the mod ever loaded on to it. Have several vehicles in the save before loading the mod as well. Now load save with mod, reset a vehicle. It seems they completely bug out if its reset without the shop configuration set up.

That's either a mod conflict or issue caused by other mod, I have over 4000 mods and I do not have that problem.
