I'll definitely restore the descriptions of girls working from home too, thank you for thinking of this. It makes sense for them to behave differently whilst in this state, so I'll keep that in mind!
I'm planning on making it possible to meet girls of various ethnicities/nationalities in London, so I'll probably add those features for custom girls in that update, too.
Right now, only immobile girls use the mobility scooter, and you're right that it would make sense for severely fat, but still mobile, girls to also use it. Maybe it could differ based on personality. Sloppy would use it before Sporty.
When it comes to guiding ladies around your home, this should actually be possible already. There should be a Change Room button under activities when you're with a girl at home, that lets you take them wherever you like. I'm thinking about making it possible to have a whole group of girls follow you around for activities involving multiple girls (such as having a threesome, which will be included in the next big update).
Also, I'd be happy to add more piercings and some more flexibility with these. I plan to add tattoos with a multi-selection system in the next big update, so it'll likely work similarly to that.
