I believe I fixed the ? help, It’ll be out in the next release, the tutorial is very confusing and I apologize, you spawn on the first settlement it tells you to “go to”, but afterwards when it tells you to go to a settlement nearby, I need to make it tell you to look by pressing escape and selecting “Find City” or just give you the pathway to it.
