Some addition roll method ideas. Polar - like volcano but the generation points are the top and bottom edges of the map. Equatorial - like polar, but the generation point is a line across the middle of the map.
Derp, I didn't know that you can click on the map with a volcano roll. So, switching to a large map and clicking on the edges or equator will do exactly as I suggested. Coolness.
