This is a really small and niche thing but I figured to point it out because why not. When Fredrick loses his pipe while he's talking to you he'll still have smoke coming out of his mouth, I don't know how well you can see it here. Personally I like to think this as he's smoked so much that his body naturally produces smoke out of his lungs lol
