H0w are you supposed to win i have played several times now and all the cards blighted from start there is no opportunity to mutate them?

Thanks for playing. I totally get why it feels stuck at the start, but you actually aren't trapped!
The trick is that you aren't supposed to flip cards on your very first turn. Because you start with almost everything on the Blight side, you just need to cycle through them.
The turning point happens on your first Stability Check. When you push those initial cards to the back and The Spore-Core reaches the front, it will automatically flip to its Blight side (Extinction) because there are too many Blight cards behind it.
Once the Core is on its Extinction side, its text activates. It lets you use a "Mutate" action from the stack to flip the Core back to Bloom, which kicks off your momentum and gives you the resources you need to start cascading your other card flips.
Basically: Don't worry about flipping anything on pass one. Just cycle the cards, let the Core hit the front, and use that shift to start your strategy on the second pass.
