uhhhhhh i have a question, if i buy the new version on patreon, so did it free for the next version? like now if i buy 0.8.11 so when 0.8.12 came out did if free or need to buy it again for new version?

Patreon is a monthly subscription based service. You'll need an active subscription to claim the benefits of whichever tier you back.
The premium version here on Itch is a once off payment where you'll get all future versions. It is ahead of the free release here on Itch by a bit, but behind in regards to the Patreon release.
