The hardest design challenge wasnt really getting it up, rather, finding a way to clear the blocks above in a way that makes space for the machine, whilst still keeping the ceiling low enough to be gripped by the wheels on the roof. I ended up using a piston on one of the bottom wheels to push it up, whilst also having a piston on one of the drills so it could clear enough space to push up into.
