itch.io's UX is a little silly here for things you already own and seems happy to sell something to you twice. Go back from this page to the top level game page and you should find (though I felt it is easy to miss) a banner at the top saying something like "You own this" with a Download button less prominent than the Buy Now buttons.

If you go to https://itch.io/my-collections you should be able to click through to your download pages for Gold Teeth there. We only have the 1.1 version us, so that is what will download.
