Okay so I will update `Flash Sale` to be "Reduce a RANDOM category from total" instead. This way you can still *sometimes* hit that and break a round, but its not consistent and more luck based. Probably also promote bulk repackaging to rare as well so that getting both is less common and also higher risk (more expensive). If its still too broken then I may have to just replace the effect entirely. haha. Thanks again!!
