I like the concept a lot, and great use of the limitation, you definitely feel like an enemy. I do wish maybe there was like a flash or some kind of signal for when to click the heart, because I click in rhythm with the heart, but delayed by a bit and so I fail. Also, you have to decide between clicking the heart of playing the minigame, but not clicking the heart does nothing and not playing the minigame means you're gonna be hurt so you kinda just have to always be playing the minigame and since the heart requires rhythm if you try to switch back and forth you just end up killing your human. I do like the music a lot and overall I think the game is very fun, plus I experienced no bugs. Awesome game for a game jam, maybe just requires some balance tweaks.

Also the art is great! (forgot to mention)

Brother, there is a power button on the bottom of the TV, you can turn off the mini-game XD, thank you for your feedback, it’s very nice to hear!

I'm replaying it with this in mind. I swear I read the tutorial, I just thought by play button it would mean a big ol' thing would appear in the center of the screen and when the tv was already on I just assumed it wasn't there. Is there any way to heal the guy that I also missed? Rn I'm typing this while waiting for them to heal

I beat the game. It was fun, but unless there is some way to heal it takes way to long to heal naturally. The minigame is a nice way to pass the time while you wait, since on low health the hear becomes faster and harder to predict. Maybe you could make it so that collecting red blood-cells heals the player? Still, much better with the ability to turn off the minigame, great job!

There is an option to turn off the mini-game (press the button on the screen), but I thought that if health was restored by collecting red cells, the game would be too easy

I don't think it would have made it much easier, just faster. Since injuring the organs requires damaging the body, you're forced to wait without doing anything, but if there was some way to heal, the player would have more constant action I think. Still, don't think I'm trying to say the game was bad at all, I very much enjoyed it!

Also I figured out the play button thing, I just meant I thought it would be in the center of the minigame screen, whereas it's at the bottom of the tv.
