Congrats for accomplishments of 2 disc. Now I have a question - how violent and gory this game would be in general (Considering this game have horror tag + medical themes)? And will it have censorship toggle for that (pixelating/blurring images)?

It's going to be really gorey, and there will not be a censor for the gore. Both D2 and D4 will have gore / dismenmberment / beheading, and similar content within them. There will however be a censor toggle for the adult content, which will require a patch.

Wow, then this game will resonate with my tastes even more! I just really like those kind of media (Fear&Hunger series, Dead Space, Dysthanasia...).
