So much cops in one place, sheesh...
The game pretty nice balanced, first time i couldnt understand what should i upgrade and chose reload time, but in process i understand that we should start with damage and it will be much easier to move between them. I liked style and visuals - its simple but so calm. It will be better if you add some ambient on background and sfx for shots. I think all other parameters nicely done. For improving will recommend
1. Adding some cutscenes. For example, while u start we see how police car bring us to the prison. When we win - we see how we escaping prison, but some police cars catch us again and bring to other prison. It will be different level with other challenges. So adding some levels and cutscenes can give game more replay ability.
2. Adding some market features - like buying new costumes with coins catched on the level and different stuff.
