Thank you very much for your thoughtful reply and for answering all of my questions so carefully.
I truly appreciate your generous offer, your honesty, and the respectful way you approached this. It means a great deal to me that you were willing to help with a Simplified Chinese localization on a completely voluntary basis.
After giving this careful thought, I have decided not to move forward with a Chinese localization at this time.
This decision is not because of any problem with your offer. On the contrary, I can see that you approached this sincerely and with good intentions. However, I have recently completed another game project, and I am currently very fatigued. Because of that, I do not feel that I can responsibly manage, implement, test, and support an additional localization process properly right now.
Since a localization would become an official part of the game, I feel it would be unfair to accept your kind offer unless I am fully able to handle my side of the work with care and consistency. For that reason, I believe it is more respectful to decline now rather than risk causing delays or inconvenience later.
I am truly sorry, and I sincerely appreciate the time, kindness, and goodwill you showed me.
Thank you again for your generous offer and for your interest in Aine and Our Private Spotlight.
I wish you all the best.
