I set the graphics to vsync in the enu, then it was acceptable.not good but enough fps that it almsot looked liek a flowing motion :-)
Oh, sorry to hear you had low FPS. Sadly, this game can be demanding. It has some approximate minimum requirements on the steam page if you want to compare them with your hardware. But it's the dynamic shadows for sure, those are pretty expensive :(
