I LOVE THIS TAKE ON "THE FUCK CAPITALISM" THEME XDD!
First of all, the pixel art, the animations and the music are perfect! The game is very ambitious and well done. The mini-games are funny, I hope you will add more in the future if you plan to update the game! Are you going to particpate to the Josei or Otome game jam with this game? It could fit XD
Here are some bugs/inconsistencies I encountered (maybe spoilers ahead): - I didn't want to date Capitalism first, so I didn't show up to the dates (just went straight to sleep because he was an a-hole and I didn't want to see his face again lmao), but the interactions I had with Socialism and Communism and the texts I received made it look like I went.
- I got Adam shoes, and since I didnât go to the dates, I didnât give them to Capitalism. Then Communism asked me to exchange a present for a letter, so I gave him the shoes. Then, I visited Communism again, who asked me if Capitalism liked the shoes? But I wasnât supposed to have them anymore lmao, and hadnât given them. But then finally I went to my first date with Capitalism, which was to the amusement park (guess there were different ones before but I skipped them). I gave him the shoes, despite supposedly not having them anymore. Next day, I saw that I could visit Communism if I had a present. I didnât have any, but I visited him anyway… and then, when he asked for the present, I was blocked lmao. I had to start the game all over XD This time I bought and item and went directly to him, but I forgot to open the door to the delivery first, so I was blocked a second time and had to start all over again lmaaaao. It would be nice to block the possibility to go to him if we are empy handed XD
- We wore mismatched dog/cat shirts in the amusement park. The text I received from his siblings talked about the frog shirts though.
- In the end, I couldn't fuck Capitalism and instead he evolved into… Neoliberalism I guess ahah. I didnât try again because I had started over the game two times already, and sadly there isnât a saving feature (…yet?). But also because ugh! I donât want to satisfy this bastard! Where is Anarchy? Rebellion? Uh?? Want to date them instead ahah
I had a lot of fun and it is a great jam game, definitely a 5/5 for me. I hope you will be able to update it and submit it to other jams maybe.
