i think you need to increase the drop rate of health items from the crates, i'll open 7-8 crates and get nothing but money from them. which i don't need.

It should be about one in ten. But the money you get is VERY valuable because that's what you need for the panty buffs, which make a major difference for your strength. With higher panty buffs you can steamroll through the game.
That being said, we are still optimizing the balancing. Try the easier difficulty if you are struggling a bit.
