Can someone help me? I followed the tutorial exactly step by step but it shows me this continuously, without the installation bar advancing and I can't even close it even if I press the X.
Make sure you're not using a compressed folder to install the DLC. Try to unzip/extract to your desktop beforehand, then use that folder instead of the zipped folder.
