God, this is truly terrible. I was contemplating ordering one of the plushies, but I don't have much money, so I didn't. I feel bad for all the people involved in this problem. It was clear they had no clue what they were doing during this, and I wish they had treated you better! </3 (Sorry if any of the grammar or wording is bad, I have dyslexia and use Grammarly to help it be a bit more readable for others!)

Yeah, it's disappointing to know that they're so unprofessional and, probably, acted similarly to other collaborators before me. Hopefully my post helps others become more aware of them so they don't go through a mess like this.
