So what this means is you met the first requirement, but you didnt have the required stats to meet the second or third one. It's ashame they don't tell you how much you need, but I'm assuming higher than 20

He failed the first stat check. He needs 30 Vitality to pass the first stat check and 30 Perception to pass the second one.
From the image, this is Shu, a woman of high status, or at least that's what the MC can tell from her mannerisms and the way she carries herself... We meet her during the second Wu Dong quest.
I have to admit, I didn't know about this image before because I'd never tried Shu's route. If I had known, I would've answered the guy earlier so he didn't have to wait that long.
