Why when i download android ms+ it wont let me and google says "restricted download"
it's a problem I've also faced in mine recently. You gotta get to one of the most delicate settings: Allow downloading apps from unknown source.
For me, it strictly warned me of the risks of changing this configuration. It is actually safe to download this one, my phone didn't tweak out after all lol.
but I do recommend once you deactivate these restrictions, turn them back on after downloading the app, because that's a security barrier to prevent unknown downloads you didn't allow.
