I have no experience with Steam Deck. It may be possible since I believe it runs on Linux, and I release a Linux version of the game. Your best bet would be to just google "how to run RPG Maker MV games on steam deck" and try whatever is suggested. If you've already done that, I'm afraid I won't be much help, sorry.
