I played this in januari is there new content already added since then, and i heard from a friend theres vr support?

Nothing yet, unless you didn't play the patreon version, which goes to half of chapter 4. Now soon-ish he will release the rest of chapter 4 (which is the longest) and yes it does have VR support, but i am not sure how to do it.

i played the free version on steam (im not a patreon) so im assuming theres no point in downloading the itcho version since its the same as steam one?

Yes, it's the same one, only patreon version goes further (not much) which you have to pay for obviously.

its fine i got the patreon version for free since redamz isnt updating anything hes making people wait extra long so his patreons keep paying every momth because once he finishes the game some patreon wil stop sending him funds so hes milking it rn as much as he wants, and allot of people are pissed about it so they leaking the patreon version of the game
