I see, it reminds me of The Sims. There's a way to include the NPCs or make the event props work?

Yes,there should be a droppable item that act like a spawner and will spawn an NPC. And the changing tables should work as well.

Once you have access to the daycare - is there a way to transfer the girls from your house to the daycare? Also, I got the ladder from the house next to the greenhouse, but it does not show up in my inventory to use it at the back of the daycare. Am I missing something? Perhaps I missed to speak to someone?
