After I unlock the abandoned daycare, I only get an empty building. There's something I can do with it?

Hi, how did you get the abondened daycare?

I search for a ladder behind one of the houses near the lake, then i put it on the side with the bushes and it lets you inside the daycare but it's abandoned. You can talk with some ghosts there and they help you to get inside some rooms and one of them has a key.

Then you can go to the community center and talk to the attendant and they let you speak with the mayor in the second floor (a door near the bookshelfs) you can speak with them to pay for the reparations (you need 10000) and after that you obtain the daycare, but its empty

You can use the control panel near the door to fill it with the content you want.

I see, it reminds me of The Sims. There's a way to include the NPCs or make the event props work?

Yes,there should be a droppable item that act like a spawner and will spawn an NPC. And the changing tables should work as well.

Next to the door, on the left, is a pad - you need to click on it, and it will open the options to decorate or save. I am stuck at this stage decorating it, as I cannot move inside the building, to decorate (place furniture) in it. Can you try, and if it works, let me know please? I am playing on high graphics. Oh, and does anyone perhaps know where Jason's Cousin is hiding, or being hidden?
