after i hand in the Galaxina prototype to Iltari station and i got galaxina holo card(reward) and watched galaxina episode 13. how i rebuild Galaxina prototype shell (i've already tried to chat with nimhe but nothing happen.)

there are two different ways to get your own copy. One is very late in the game when you arrive at the replicator Beacon in the final system, but for that you need to original retrieved inventory package to copy, and one is in the dialogue. with Nimhe, the walk-through should give some more hints to that. Her TEC skills need to be quite high, 35 or so.
EDIT: It will autotrigger 5 days after you handed in the original shell. Nimhe hacks the blueprints.
