Third key only matters if you're playing the Unify route, it won't show up in the Divide route.
The only thing in the shack is the fishing pole for the First Key, Second Key is PawPaw's room, and the third key is in the grave with the dead grass growing out. You'll be able to automatically dig it up after the Greenhouse mini game.
