Yes, you're missing some possible choices. If you're trying to get more, I suggest trying other Day 1 choices, with Lars, Gil, Anders, and I'm not sure about Wilfred, but you can do it just in case.
I didn't get Gil as an option, even though I redid all the choices that should have enabled it. Is there a guide for this? Older version was more intuitive.
