I found a quality of life improvement opportunity:

When the player character gets the agency ID and inhibitor from the receptionist at the beginning of the game, the receptionist should also hand the player character the bestiary and the map while in the same conversation instead of requiring a second conversation for those items.

Not a bad idea, though Erika or was it Quinn does remind the player to get them if they haven't. So those items are not that badly missable at least.
