That's very strange. So you're in the location menu and you press the selection key (or enter on the keyboard) and it lights up or no? Does the location name have two arrows next to it on the right? So you press right and left after it lights up and nothing happens or does it never light up? (Also can you tell me what version of the game you are on? You can find the version in the top right on the main menu)
