No receipt email after emailing to support@itch.io

A few days ago, I emailed support@itch.io to request approval for an email I wanted to send to my Kickstarter project backers with links to their products, but I didn't receive a receipt email, as the support page indicated. I'm not sure if I should resend the email or wait a few more days.

Also, I'd like to know if I will need approval for each email I send to a group of people using the Kickstarter feature in the future.

If the automated confirmation isn’t in spam either, your e-mail might have been lost on the way, so it’s probably okay to try again.

I just resent it and it worked, thank you very much.

If I may ask, how long does email approval take approximately?
