I've been stuck here for a long time and don't know what to do. Does anyone know where Olivia's personal items are found and how to complete the other quests?

Sorry to hear you are stuck. There is a walkthrough linked on the main page. It will show you where the persons item and the voice in the cells are.
From the Olivia statue, go forward about 3 rooms and turn left at the 3-way split. You will fight 2 golems and her item is just past them behind a locked door.
