Where do you "hire a team"? A little construction crane icon shows but I don't see any construction cranes.
Good question! The 🏗️ icon is the Build / Hire button in the bottom toolbar — it's not an in-world crane. 🙂
To hire a team: go inside a business you've applied to, buy the business at the front desk first (💰), then tap 🏗️ Build / Hire → Hire to add staff. They'll work the stations automatically and earn for you, even while you're away!
