OK I tried it, really it doesn't make any sense to me, I am just picking cards at total random and losing every time. Also it's so AI it's inherently repellent.

Yes good point the errors are good evidence against AI! But as you say the writer is nonnative and a native speaker can tell that pretty quickly. I assure you, "a warm glow emits from" is completely incorrect English. 
But no worries, I dig the game and look forward to its further development. But you will want a skilled native to polish the text for the finished version.

Occurred to me that a speed adjustment might be fun, so you could drop into "bullet time" for close combat. Would be a move away from the arcade flavor though. 

Word. Either that or reuse the concepts for something new. The world (i.e. me) craves more submarine games

Very cool game but fyi you need TONS of proofreading. Just to pick one example, "A warm glow emits from the fireplace" is incorrect, correct would be "The fireplace emits a warm glow"

Is there a way to see all the images without playing through again?

The autofarmer makes it impossible to get the last crosses because they grow at different rates and the one gets harvested before it can cross with the other.

Generative AI was certainly used to generate the description below the game. 

Interesting. Does a fair job of keeping "things to do" available throughout a run. The AI feel isn't too overpowering.
It would be nice though if the Codex contained useful information and not just AI-written flavour text. 

Seeing now you're the guy who made Astroscanner. This makes two bangers in a row, nice work man.

I fused the two hydrogen into a helium and now I can't seem to do anything else. No number go up, nothing I sling it at or click on does anything. 

Nice but only a few minutes long. 

Kudos on the sound design (assuming that was you and not the AI). A lot of idlers put sounds in that sound neat when starting out but become a horrible screech or squawk when the pace ramps up. The sounds here are consistently good throughout.

Does saved Dao insight boost passive Qi? In other words is there any point to rebirthing after you've gotten all the Dao nodes?
